8th - This week we'll back at Westminster Manor and we'll help the folks set up a free email account...should be great!
7TH LIFE SCIENCE...
We'll finish Expelled and begin reading Darwin's Autobiography this week. Also, we'll keep our terms fresh in mind, and finish the packet given at the beginning of this unit.
We'll also reflect on your Opinion Papers and see if your opinions have changed at all having read the Bible, seen the movie, and read the textbook and Darwin's own words.
Assignments:
Wed 10 Mar - Packet due in class
Thurs 11 Mar - Jeopardy Review in class
Fri 12 Mar - Creation / Evolution test
Know: Terms, concepts from the film, Darwin's views, and Biblical accounts.
8TH US HISTORY
We've begun a new unit: Ch 8 / Industrialism in the North. This is a lengthy chapter with a lot of terms. Be sure you are keeping a separate Vocab List in conjunction with class notes and lecture.
ASSIGNMENTS:
Tues 9 Mar - DR Packet due in class.
Th 11 Mar - Paper III assigned (Rules for Husbands and Wives reading)
Paper will be due in class on Mon 15 Mar. Please plan ahead, buy ink, etc...to have your paper in on time.
Fri 12 Mar - Vocab QUIZ on vocab only from sections 1, 2, and 3.
